You can add to the vinegar marinade seasonings like oregano, basil, thyme, fennel seed, white or black pepper corns, coriander seed, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, ginger and you can also add a packet of splenda for a touch of sweetness.
Add water to the vinegar mixture (I used apple cider vinegar) for a 2:1 ratio.
You can use vegetables like cucumbers, radishes, celery, asparagus, fennel, or tomatoes, which are all allowed on the beta HCG diet.
