Grilled Lobster, George Forman/Recipes for the Beta HCG diet

Grilled lobster tail recipes can be as unique as you want. Creating grilled lobster tail recipes are so easy you will wonder why you did not try to create your own dishes before. The secret to cooking mouth watering lobster tails is in how long you cook. You never want to overcook your lobster tails. As soon as the shell is red and the tender juicy meat is white or opaque it is ready to serve.

All you have to do to create unique grilled lobster tail recipes is to crack the shell, open the shell in a butterfly style and then expose as much of the meat as possible. Now you can add your own ingredients.

1. Holding each lobster tail shell side down, cut away the ribbed membrane as close to the shell as possible with kitchen shears.
2. Remove lobster meat in one piece from each shell, rinse and pat dry.
3. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and set aside.

Whisk in salt, paprika, white pepper (or black or cayenne), and garlic powder.
Add to a bowl that contains enough water to cover the lobster tail, and add seasoning and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
